Finished the 10 beautiful houses of Arenys de Mar

We present the Can Nadal development, of 10 semi-detached houses in Arenys de Mar, finished. After much effort, this is the result of these beautiful homes with sea views.

In the basement there is a hall, the garage with space for two cars, the storage room and the installation room.

On the first floor we find the kitchen-dining room-living room, the office, a bathroom, the garden and the terrace.

On the second floor there are two options: 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The covered floor is made up of the laundry room and the terrace-solarium.

These cozy homes stand out for their functionality, spaciousness and luminosity and for the variety of outdoor spaces: garden and terrace on the first floor and terrace-solarium on the covered floor.

There is no home like it, each house is unique and customers have been able to choose the finishes and adapt it to their tastes. Thus, there is a house with an elevator, some with a swimming pool in the garden, there are larger kitchens...
