Sant Vicenç development with bird’s eye view

We present the before and after the development Sant Vicenç, located next to our offices.

In these images we can see, from a bird’s eye view, the before and the after of the construction of these apartments. They give us an overview from the same perspective, where we see the building that was demolished, the empty plot and finally, the building of Sant Vicenç.

A development of 18 apartments that are formed by: kitchen-living room; 2 and 3 bedrooms; 1 and 2 bathrooms; terrace; laundry; and parking spaces and storage rooms.

The project was designed by the architect Ferran Besa of the studio Arq71.

Housing construction began in the summer of 2021, and ended in the summer of 2022.
