We remember the development Belles Arts

The Belles Arts development consists of 15 apartments located in Cerdanyola del Vallès. It is located in a privileged area of the town, in the Ateneo area, a residential and quiet zone but very central.

A building with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms; 1 and 2 bathrooms; terraces; communal pool; and parking spaces and storage rooms.

A work where you have played with the combination of colors, creating a modern and natural space. On the one hand, the grey colors with white tones bring elegance and simplicity to the building, and on the other hand, the wooden touches bring warmth and tranquility.

In addition, in the common areas of the development we highlight the green spaces, which create a more harmonious and peaceful environment.

The construction of these apartments began in the summer of 2020 and ended in January 2022.

The project was designed by the architect Ferran Besa of the studio Arq71.
