Sant Vicenç development of Cerdanyola del Vallès

We present the Sant Vicenç development of Cerdanyola del Vallès of 18 apartments, finished. After a lot of effort and desire, this is the spectacular final result!

This development is located near our offices, being in a step of the center of the population and shops.

The building is distributed on the underground floor, first and second floor, counting with 6 apartments in each one. Furthermore, it has a basement floor, where there are the parking and the storage rooms.

Every house has a kitchen-living room, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, terrace and laundry room. In addition, the building has 28 parking places and 13 storage rooms.

Every apartment is unique and different because the final finishes of the flats have been chosen by the clients. The finishes of this development are of high quality and the air conditioning system is by aerotermia. 

The construction began in the summer of 2021 and was finished in July of 2022. We are very pleased with the fast evolution and construction of the development and how this building has finally turned out.
