Timelapse Can Nadal

We present the timelapse of the Can Nadal development of 10 houses in Arenys de Mar.

It’s a nice way to show everything that comes with the construction process of a project and remember what it was before the final result, because time goes on very quickly and we move from one project to another and there is no time to stop and remember.

The project consists of 10 terraced houses between 182 and 187 m2 distributed in the basement, ground floor, first floor and rooftop. The houses count with:

• Kitchen-living room

• 3 and 4 bedrooms

• 2 and 3 bathrooms

• Garden and 2 terraces

• Private garage with 2 parking places

• Swimming pool in 3 of them

The clients have chosen the final finishes as they please. We love the luminosity that these houses have and the beautiful exterior zones! 

The construction began in November 2020 and it was finished in April 2022.

The architects of this project were Xavier Alemany i Vilches, Lluís Badenas i Pràdanos y Jaume Tubert Ferrer de estudi y estuvo dirigido por Diego Dávila como jefe de obra.
